# Supplementary Material II.
**Comparison of Multiple Testing Correction Procedures**

---

# 📁 Description of Supplementary Material.

This folder contains two files that support the implementation and understanding of multiple testing correction procedures in spatial data analysis:

# 1. `Suplementary material II. Comparison of Multiple Testing Corrections.docx`
A document that explains and compares different multiple-testing correction methods used in the study. It provides theoretical context, methodological overview, and figures to support the comparison between procedures.

# 2. `R_script_Multiple_Testing_Comparison.R`
An R script developed to reproduce the comparisons presented in the document. It includes:
- Application of different correction methods (e.g., FDR-BH, FDR-BY, Bonferroni).
- Generation of spatial outputs.
- Summary statistics for each method.

---

# 🎯 Purpose.

These scripts generate all the necessary outputs to:
- Understand the spatial context of multiple testing.
- Assist in statistically sound decision-making.
- Obtain adjusted p-values for inference.

---

# 🌍 Transferability.

We hope these additions enhance the **accessibility** and **transferability** of our approach, enabling its application in **diverse fields** beyond remote sensing, such as:
- Environmental monitoring.
- Remote sensing.
- Climatology.
- Ecology.
